2011 Wood Bat Champions
The Gators

A mainstay for the four years that the Connecticut ASA
Wood Bat State Tournament has been held, the Gators' perseverance paid off
as they swept through through three straight games to capture their first
Wood Bat state championship. The Norwalk based
combine capped off their undefeated run by overcoming a 4-0 deficit with
some late scoring including three runs in the bottom of the sixth inning to
edge Dem Boyz out of Shelton 5-4
for the crown. |
